There's only one set of people more important to us than our clients - and that's their customers. Ultimately everything we do is built around creating an online or mobile experience that is as close to perfect as we can make it for the users it's targeting. Getting to that point is a combination of process, skill, relevant experience and good old fashioned good ideas.
The end output is a comprehensive set of wireframes that form the blueprint for your online business. Think of them like architect's plans. You wouldnt dream of building a house without detailed plans, why on earth would you build a website, store or application without wireframes then?
This section explains in a little more detail what we mean.
In many ways the Internet is a great leveller. The barriers to entry for a new business are low; setting up a new website is much easier than opening a shop or factory. On the other hand, the sheer volume of content and number sites can be overwhelming for potential customers, making it hard for them to find your website and value it above others. Consequently, consumers look for brands, businesses and processes that they can identify with and trust online, whether they are extensions of their favourite offline brands or new online players.
The user experience is critical to any online success. If you mistakenly create an online hurdle where your customer or consumer has to think hard, you will quite likely have given your competitors a new customer.
Process:
We've worked with a lot of top brands as well as top agencies, in the fields of design, branding, digital, advertising, PR and DM. Our process is simple and clear, and designed around what you need.
Sometimes we get a comprehensive brief, sometimes we do branding workshops and research, sometimes we get a link to a website and just get told 'sort it out!'
Typically we work with business owners and senior directors for the brands, and project managers / producers, UX and client service teams in agencies. We usually engage very deeply with the creative team and coders too.
Our key outputs often include a clickable prototype, creative brief and a functional spec which effectively give the whole team something they can play with, understand, and then easily get signed off.
